Q: How long does shipping take?

Most orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and 3–7 business days for shipping within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If there’s an issue with your order (misprint, damage, or wrong item), contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right. Because most items are made to order, we can’t always accept returns for size or preference, but we’ll review each situation.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

Each apparel item includes a size chart on the product page. Most pieces are a unisex fit and run true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a loose fit, we recommend sizing up.
